Customer Service Representative in Sunnyvale, California

Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Sunnyvale, California. In this role, you’ll be handling customer interactions, processing applications, and maintaining records. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of customer credit

• Use Timberline for various customer service tasks

• Exude a positive attitude and uphold high-quality sales experiences for customers

• Adhere to assigned working days and hours

• Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the supervisor

• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is essential, preferably in a similar industry.

• Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Ability to resolve complex customer issues in a detail oriented and timely manner.

• Proven track record in a target driven environment.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays, if required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.

• Training in sales techniques and a customer service orientation will be a plus.
