We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Sunrise, Florida. This role is central to our operations and involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and performing various administrative tasks. This position offers a contract employment opportunity and is well-suited to someone tech-savvy who can comfortably navigate multiple screens. MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and handle inbound calls professionally, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently.

• Provide top-notch customer service maintaining positive relationships with our customer base.

• Work closely with a team to manage around 100 incoming calls per day.

• Use downtime effectively to perform administrative duties such as paperwork and outbound calls.

• Schedule appointments for fingerprinting services as required.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.

• Use your bilingual skills in Spanish to cater to a diverse customer base.

• Navigate two screens simultaneously, showcasing your tech-savvy abilities.

• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role would be highly beneficial.

• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as data entry, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining records.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively resolve customer issues.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

• Strong problem-solving skills to provide appropriate solutions to customers.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field would be a plus.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset.

• Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office Suite.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
