Customer Service Representative
Kopp Billing Agency, Inc – Syracuse, NY
$16 – $19 an hour
The Customer Service Representative operates with empathy and understanding while providing patients with a positive experience over the phone. Whether it’s processing payments over the phone, assisting patients with billing questions or providing guidance on financial assistance, our Customer Service Representatives understand that client and patient satisfaction is at the core of Kopp’s success.
Responsibilities:
Provides patients with a positive and engaging experience.
Works with patients to provide suitable payment arrangements.
Obtains insurance information from patients.
Meets or exceeds productivity expectations.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Work within a team environment to accomplish daily, weekly, & monthly tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to communicate with patients effectively and compassionately.
Demonstrated experience learning new technologies
Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
