Customer Service Representative in Tempe, Arizona

Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.

  • Problem Solving: Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.

  • Follow Scripts: Use call center scripts to handle different topics effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to multi-task.

  • Attributes: Customer-focused, adaptable to different personality types, and able to manage time effective

Logistics:

  • Must be open to working on-site in South Phoenix, AZ.

  • Must be open to any shift between 5a-7p Monday-Friday.

  • OT opportunity available!

  • Weekly pay!

  • Start date: Multiple start dates in March and April

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.68 – $22.68/hr.
