Customer Service Representative in Tracy, California

Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Tracy, CA. This role is in the industry and entails being the primary contact for less complex accounts, ensuring that customer orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.

• Ensure accurate and timely booking of customer orders.

• Maintain an efficient order process to guarantee that customer deliveries are made as per commitments and within forecast allocation.

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary action.

• Utilize word processing and spreadsheet programs to maintain customer order fulfillment systems.

• Prepare clear and concise reports and documentation for both internal and external use.

• Participate in team activities to ensure efficient account coverage.

• Use your skills in ‘Customer Service’, ‘Office Functions’, ‘Documentation’, ‘Supervising’, ‘Correspondence’, ‘Deliveries’, ‘Word Processing’, ‘Order Fulfillment’, ‘Spreadsheet Programs’ to perform tasks effectively.

Requirements • Proven experience in customer service is essential

• Familiarity with office functions and procedures is required

• Proficiency in documentation and record keeping

• Prior experience in supervising a team or individuals

• Excellent correspondence skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with handling and coordinating deliveries

• Proficiency in word processing and other office software

• Experience in order fulfillment, tracking, and management

• Knowledge and experience in using spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets TalentMatch®
