Responsibilities:
Process new orders for assigned accounts
Notify customers of any shortages and arrange back orders
Work with various departments to facilitate customer requests for additional product, early deliveries, etc.
Balance needs of the customer with the needs of the company by following defined policies for new orders and changes to reduce costs.
Process customer returns, debits and credits

Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
Candidate must be skilled in Microsoft excel (creating and maintaining spreadsheets, charts, and organizing data in an easy to understand format).
Creating concise PowerPoint slides
Experience with SAP Software is a plus, but can teach.
