Responsibilities:

• Process new orders for assigned accounts

• Notify customers of any shortages and arrange back orders

• Work with various departments to facilitate customer requests for additional product, early deliveries, etc.

• Balance needs of the customer with the needs of the company by following defined policies for new orders and changes to reduce costs.

• Process customer returns, debits and credits

• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask

• Candidate must be skilled in Microsoft excel (creating and maintaining spreadsheets, charts, and organizing data in an easy to understand format).

• Creating concise PowerPoint slides

• Experience with SAP Software is a plus, but can teach.
