Customer Service Representative in Vancouver, British Columbia

About the Role: Our client is a large service organization seeking a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative or Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining an accurate data management system and enhancing policies and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality support operations. The ideal candidate will handle calls, coordinate tasks, log and track issues, delegate responsibilities, resolve inquiries, and participate in testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 20-30 calls and 20-30 emails per day, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Navigate multiple database systems quickly to investigate and resolve inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate records and data management systems.

  • Improve and implement policies and procedures for better support operations.

  • Coordinate, log, track, and delegate tasks efficiently.

  • Resolve issues promptly and participate in testing processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in French or Mandarin/ Cantonese

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Hospitality.

  • Proficient in using PC and Microsoft Suite.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

  • Professional demeanor with excellent time manage
