Description

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the North Dayton area. In this role, you will be handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining customer records. This role is crucial in the healthcare industry where you will be dealing with sensitive information and ensuring the smooth operation of customer care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process disability payments during sick leaves.

• Communicate effectively with doctors and employers via email or fax.

• Make regular follow-ups with doctors and employers to check on work return status.

• Handle intake calls to distribute paperwork for actual leaves.

• Occasionally contact doctors for specific cases.

• Manage and respond to inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain detail-oriented correspondence via email.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and order entry tasks.

• Maintain a personable and outgoing demeanor in interactions with customers.

• Juggle multiple tasks at once while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

Requirements • Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and with detail orientation, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette

• Strong customer service skills, with proven ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively

• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience with email correspondence, capable of composing detail oriented and clear responses to customer inquiries

• Capacity to manage both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining high quality of service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and perform data analysis
