A leading company in the Financial Services industry based in Vista, CA is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. This role requires a personable and professional individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Customer Support: Address customer queries, deliver effective solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Product Information: Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.

• Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.

• Record Maintenance: Maintain customer records and monitor customer accounts for delaying payments.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree or technical training preferred.

• Previous experience in a customer support role.

• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

• Proficiency in English and customer service software.
