Customer Service Representative in Walnut, California

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Walnut, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

  • Provide detailed information about products and services to clients and customers.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, escalating as necessary.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the company’s system.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies to assist customers effectively.

  • Track and follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide timely solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Suggest improvements to processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

  • Experience in retail, logistics, or e-commerce industries is advantageous.
