Customer Service Representative in Warsaw, Poland

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Współpraca z klientami zewnętrznymi i wewnętrznymi.

  • Wprowadzanie zamówień do systemu.

  • Sprawdzanie dostępności produktów.

  • Fakturowanie zamówień.

  • Wsparcie administracyjne działu.

Wymagania:

  • Umiejętność obsługi pakietu MS Office i sprzętu biurowego

  • Umiejętności organizacyjne, umiejętność zarządzania czasem i priorytetami

  • Dokładność, rzetelność, koncentracja na szczegółach

  • Doskonała umiejętność pracy w zespole

  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
