Customer Service Representative in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. In this role, you will be primarily dealing with customers who are on the housing waitlist or planning to apply for the waitlist. This is a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for tasks such as updating the company database, scanning and filing, and performing clerical admin duties.

Responsibilities:

• Handling interactions with customers on the housing waitlist

• Assisting customers who are looking to apply for the waitlist

• Collecting and managing physical documents

• Updating and maintaining the company database accurately

• Scanning and filing necessary documents

• Performing clerical and admin duties as required

• Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and other tasks

• Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented demeanor.

• Strong background in customer service, with evidence of the ability to handle and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Capability to perform data entry tasks efficiently, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to perform tasks such as creating spreadsheets, analyzing data, and using formulas.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Word, capable of creating, editing, and formatting documents as needed. TalentMatch®
