Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the non-profit sector, based in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. This role primarily involves data entry and assurance tasks along with customer service duties, all within a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle data entry tasks involving customer credit applications
• Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records
• Assign received files from radio stations to the correct account and reporting period
• Ensure that the information in the report adheres to reporting standards
• Utilize Salesforce for administrative tasks, if possible
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Manage and monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Provide superior customer service, including answering inbound and outbound calls
• Navigate a multi-line phone system to direct calls appropriately
• Schedule appointments as required in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strive for excellence in call center customer service and order entry tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role
• Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
• Proficiency in data entry with high level of accuracy
• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently and effectively
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry and processing
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration will be an added advantage
• Ability to provide superior customer service under all circumstances
• Experience in answering multi-line phone system
• Ability to direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
