JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY: As a Customer Service Rep, you will be
the voice of the company answering the phone. Work hours vary depending
on customer jobs, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Office environment, with moderate
physical requirements: long periods of sitting, and using computer.
Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls & returning
voicemails professionally Manage incoming emails related to customer
quotes Order glass & supplies needed for installations Help with
schedule technicians following day’s installations and repairs Greet &
assist customers who bring in their vehicles Continuous thinking and
sharing of ideas to improve GOWCW Other duties as assigned by manager
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information
about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or
obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions or
transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments,
as well as actions taken. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were
made to resolve customers’ problems. Contact customers to respond to
inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any
planned adjustments. Determine charges for services requested, collect
deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. Complete contract forms,
prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance
orders, using computers. Refer unresolved customer grievances to
designated departments for further investigation. Resolve customers’
service or billing complaints by performing activities such as
exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills. *****
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years of age (required) High
School Diploma/GED (required) Work Authorization for United States
(required) Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (required)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers,
insurance agents, co-workers and management Extremely organized,
attention to detail, strong multi-tasking & time management skills are
also imperative for this position Proficient using a computer Ability to
read and write English Represents self and GOWCW in a professional
manner Demonstrates a commitment of high-quality service to internal and
external customers Must be able to sit for long periods of time Requires
motion entailing bending, twisting, stretching and continuous bilateral
use of fingers and wrists Inside Sales or Customer Service background, a
