Schedule: Monday – Friday 1:00 – 9:30/10:00 pm

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Supporting various departments including Marketing, Sales, and Field Service to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

• Managing presale logistics, responding to inquiries, and coordinating upgrade applications and evaluations.

• Handling post-sale customer inquiries through a centralized intake management and hotline system to ensure timely resolution.
