Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service
Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first
point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and
support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries,
resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal
candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for
helping others.

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and
  cancellations.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the
  system.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or
  feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while managing challenging
  situations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment
  is preferred.
• Health insurance experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products when
  appropriate.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data entry and computerized systems.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with outbound calling practices is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
