Die Position ist bis zum 31.12.2025 befristet und umfasst den Schwerpunkt Auftragsbearbeitung, Reklamationsbearbeitung, Unterstützung der Kundenserviceteams bei Bearbeitung von verschiedenen Kundenanfragen

Dazu gehören unter anderem ebenfalls:

• Erstellung von Gutschriften / Neuberechnungen

• Bearbeitung von Preisdifferenzen

• Auftragserfassung
