Responsibilities & Qualifications Include:

• Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls
• Monitor and respond to customer service emails
• Collect, sort, and distribute mail
• Fax Distributions
• Respond to inquiries and issues
• Update vendor W-9’s
• Calling on bills for members
• Support claims department with processing reimbursements, error logs, and reports

• Project support for account management and/or claims
