Job Description

The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client’s product or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE 

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:

  • Welcome customers to the brand and our variety of products
  • Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally
  • Assist in correcting billing concerns.
  • Assist customers with navigation and roadside assistance or vehicle warranty and recalls while making tailored recommendation on our products and services to meet their needs
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

  • 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) us beneficial
  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based application)
  • The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week. Currently, we are not hiring students
