Under the general direction of the Branch Manager, your primary
responsibility is to build and expand customer relationships with
perspective new account customers and existing customers. As a Customer
Service Representative, you will contribute to the sales growth of the
office and ultimately the Bank. You will build life long banking
relationships with customers by taking the initiative to reach out and
follow through with customers to ensure that the customers needs are
fully met. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to
excel at acquiring and expanding new relationships.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED

  • High school graduate
  • Progressively responsible and current banking experience helpful.
  • Proven ability to provide customer service at a superior level
  • Experience in selling and cross-selling products and services
  • Must have proven and exceptional communication and interpersonal
    skills
  • Self-motivated with an outgoing personality and overall pleasant
    demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and is calm under
    pressure
  • Must have strong written, verbal and telephone communication skills
    through use of appropriate grammar.
  • Professional attributes including, professional appearance, behavior
    and commitment to punctuality and attendance.
  • Initiative and desire to help resolve problems for customers.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask,
    able to meet deadlines and is accurate.
  • Working knowledge of PCs, Microsoft office suite, digital technology
    (mobile, apps, web-based browsing etc.
