Job Description

The Advisor I, Blended Support position interfaces with customers via inbound calls/chats/emails, outbound calls/chats/emails, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client’s product or services.

What you will do in this role

As a part of our team, you will be responsible supporting a webhosting company’s customers. Whether customers need to choose the right web hosting package, or want to know how to administer a server, our team is there to help. You will support Swedish speaking customers via calls and emails, and in the future even chats and social media.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken

• Have good English language skills (min. B1/B2 level)

• Previous customer experience is considered an advantage
