Description

Our client, a leading accounting firm in Escondido, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to provide efficient and accurate customer support during the tax season. This includes addressing queries related to tax filing, maintaining records, and providing smooth client service.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.

• Guide and advise customers regarding the tax preparation process.

• Maintain a detailed record of customer engagements, comments, complaints, and actions taken.

• Engage in customer service initiatives and strategies.

  Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent; higher degree in a related field preferred.

• Prior experience in customer support roles, specifically in tax services.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle periods of high volume.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
