Remote Customer Service Representative (Patient Representative)
Full TIME(Paid Training)
Monday – Friday Must have open availability between the hours of 9am-8pm EST
$15-$16 per hour+ MONTHLY BONUS + OPPORTUNITY TO EARN UP TO AN ADDITIONLAL $1,000 QUARTERLY BONUS
*Pay increase at 30 & 90 days after completion of training *

Job Description
UCB is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering the best in class customer support experience.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- You will support and provide superior customer service via phone.
- Handle incoming patient’s telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve patients inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, while offering patient assistance and support.
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communications.
- Access patient account information via computer software and make necessary updates as needed.
- Document patient’s inquiries and requests efficiently in our system
- Meet and exceed personal and department objectives and metrics
- Bilingual – a plus
