Customer Service Representatives in Boca Raton, Florida

Description

Our client in Boca Raton is seeking 5 customer service representatives to provide information about products and services, respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, process orders, returns and escalate requests to supervisor or management when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers in a polite and courteous manner to address inquiries and complaints.

• Providing accurate product/service information to customers.

• Resolving customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

• Processing customer orders and transactions.

• Maintaining record of customer interactions and transactions.

• Communicating and coordinating with other internal departments to resolve customer issues.

• Participating in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.

• Managing large volume of customer calls and emails.

• Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Experience in a customer service role is often preferred.
