Freeman Herbs is looking for an energetic, detail oriented, and driven candidate to fill our Customer Service/Sales Support position. The successful candidate will provide sales support to the Sales department with weekly programs and account maintenance.Come grow your career with us!As a Customer Service/Sales Support team member, your responsibilities will include:Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming orders received by email and fax, and prioritize by shipping timelines.
• Process and post daily orders accurately and timely.
• Complete computerized order entry and invoice preparation.
• Participate in the planning and execution of pre-booked programs.
• Provide regular quality checks of products in the greenhouse.
• Arrange product samples for new customers.
• Complete DSD store calls in a timely manner.
• Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding product availability, display racks, and graphics.
• Work with the Senior Sales Representative and the sales team to launch the annual spring call center.
• Help train seasonal call center staff to reach our customer service standard.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Communicate with customers about order status, unavailable products, etc.
• Promptly acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed.
• Receive, direct, and relay telephone and email messages.
• Maintain records and general filing, keep invoices organized.
• Provide sales support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Strong computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and G suites
• Proven organization and priority management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
