We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative role in an HVAC/Mechanical company in Port Coquitlam. This is a full-time role with a high-chance to become permanent after successful completion of the probationary period (3 months).

The candidate considered, must have excellent communication skills: written & verbal as you will be communicating with both clients, customers & internal employees.

Requirements:

3+ years of administrative assistant & customer service experience
Must have excellent communication skills: written & verbal
Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, calm & open demeanor to assist customers
Capable of working through high-volume periods

Duties:

Outbound calling to customers: inclusive of cold-calling as required
Booking incoming jobs for technicians
Correspond with customers & internal technicians ensuring their needs are met
Prepare & assist in sending personalized thank-you cards to clients
Provide support & assistance to technicians on jobsites
Maintain composure & handle time sensitive matters with the utmost professionalism
Work closely with a diverse team & client base
