Salary: $20 – $23 DOE
A Vancouver, WA – based & nationally ranked company is seeking qualified individuals to join their customer service department!
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift, may train on a part time schedule
Job Duties:
- Learn about the products inside and out, and be able to help customers troubleshoot and order according to their specific needs
- Phone-based customer service / customer support
- Help answer questions, troubleshoot issues, place orders, search inventory for products, et
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly
- Intermediate computer/typing skills ( 60 WPM)
- Handle multiple chats at one time (20+ live chats a day)
- Driven, reliable, and looking to leverage your customer service, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills to grow with the team
- 1 year high volume call center experience
- 1-3 years customer service
- 1+ year live chat experience
