Your Responsibilities

Sea Logistics Operational Care Trainee to support colleagues by learning and applying due diligence in the OCC disciplines:

Processing Customer Orders

Shipment Management Export/Import with Suppliers

Suppliers Management/Procurement

Documentation Management

Customer satisfaction and CARE in support of the CCL

Customs Clearance

Operational Data Quality

Billing/FSL Handling/Payables

Any other operational activity needed to deliver the Customer Promise

Your Skills and Experiences

High level of attention to detail, communication, completing assigned tasks in time, flexibility and will to learnare the top attributes Sea Logistics Operational Care Trainee needs.
