| Introduction : United Nations Volunteers is currently seeking for Cyber Security Contractor with the following mandate. - The cyber-security contractor shall establish the overall standards, policies, and principles for threat information sharing, and ensures that the UNV service architecture is fully compliant. Supporting stakeholders involved in operations, development, and release-management without sacrificing productivity.
- The role of the cyber-security contractor is to maintain focus, manage relationships, overcome technical and political roadblocks, determine the most efficient way forward to manage a secure practice amongst stakeholders, and provide leadership throughout the life of the engagement.
- The cyber-security contractor oversees the development of the rules, standards, guidelines, and data-usage guidelines for UNV systems starting with high value assets.
It is expected for this contract to cover 300 hours over the course of 12 months of vulnerable-practice discovery, reporting on findings, producing an ordered remedy, delivering on enforcement, and monitoring the compliance dashboard.
