Quantum User Guide: Supplier Registration

Overview

This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum. If you are interested in submitting a bid for this tender, you must subscribe following the instructions in the user guide. Call for Proposals 2026

About:

The Czech-UNDP Partnership for Sustainable Development Goals Project aims to respond to the development challenges by transferring expertise and innovative solutions for SDGs to partner countries.

 

The objective of the Czech Challenge Fund: Innovations for SDGs is to facilitate the transfer of know-how and innovative solutions that would address development challenges in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, and contribute to the achievement of SDGs.

 

The eligible applicants include the private sector, NGOs, universities, state institutions or research centres. The applicants are required to engage local partners to assure viability in local conditions and to promote the sustainability and scalability of the solution.

All the details regarding the background of the call, criteria for selection and evaluation can be found in the Terms of Reference.

The application will be accepted only if:

1. is submitted on the correct form, completed in full;
2. presents a budget in conformity with the call for proposal;
3. budget sheet is signed by the person authorized to enter into legally binding commitments on behalf of the applicant organization and attached to the application;
4. meets the submission arrangements set out in the call for proposal;
5. is submitted by the deadline.

Target countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Republic of Moldova

Expected date of contract start April/May 2027. 

Expected length of contract: up to 12 months

Estimated prize: ranging between US$20,000 and US$40,000, the applicants provide additional co-funding of at least 20% of the total cost of the project.

General Procurement Information

When preparing your documentation, please be guided by the Instructions under the Requirements Section. Please note that proposals must be submitted directly in the system to the questions and uploading required documents by the date and time indicated in the online portal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is submitted before the deadline. Proposals received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.

Proposals must be submitted directly in the NextGenERP supplier portal following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal.

Follow the instructions in the user guide to search for the tender using the Negotiation ID in this document.

In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available on the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
