We work with a diverse range of enterprise clients and well known brands, helping them to navigate the digital landscape and achieve their business goals.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial analytics and data science specialist to help develop our Data & Analytics division. You will need to be confident, client-focused (never losing sight of the big picture), and sure of your ability to take on this role with a proven track record of creating workable, customer-focused data strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in running data projects for large multi-brand companies. Outstanding knowledge of advanced (web) analytics and data science methodologies to drive actions with a high commercial impact is a must.You will provide expert consultancy while supporting clients and internal teams with tasks such as training, onboarding, documentation, implementation, and technical solutions. Leveraging tools like GA4, BigQuery, Contentsquare, FullStory, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Elevar and OneTrust, you will deliver transformative digital solutions. Knowledge of cookie consent frameworks and platforms is essential, ensuring compliance with privacy laws while delivering actionable insights.You will be adept at formulating and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and diverse audiences. Additionally, you will play a vital role in building and delivering engaging training programmes, both face-to-face and online, to upskill clients and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Data & Analytics Consultant at REO, you will be working with household brands helping them deliver industry leading transformative digital experiences. You will lead and manage the data and analytics function, promoting a culture of innovation and excellenceImplementation & Technical Expertise:

  • Lead the implementation and troubleshooting of analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Mixpanel.
  • Ensure smooth integration of platforms like Contentsquare, FullStory, Elevar and OneTrust.
  • Manage technical aspects of analytics projects, including data collection, tracking, and reporting.
  • Use tools like GTM and Adobe Launch to design and implement data solutions.
  • Define KPIs, build automated dashboards, and deliver insights for optimisation.

Documentation & Consultancy:

  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, reports, and actionable insights for clients and teams.
  • Provide strategic consultancy to help clients optimise their digital experiences and data strategies.

Training & Onboarding:

  • Design, organise, and deliver tailored training sessions and onboarding programmes for clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders understand the implementation and use of analytics tools and consent management solutions.

Cookie Consent & Compliance:

  • Provide in-depth guidance on cookie consent frameworks, such as OneTrust, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Support clients in integrating consent management platforms with analytics tools and platforms.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with development, UX, and optimisation teams to bridge gaps and drive transformative outcomes.
  • Communicate complex data insights in plain language to non-data stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, FullStory).
  • Experience with platforms like Contentsquare, Elevar, OneTrust, and VWO.
  • Proficiency in GTM, Adobe Launch and other implementation tools.
  • Solid understanding of cookie consent frameworks and data privacy regulations.

Training & Communication:

  • Skilled at creating and delivering training programmes, both face-to-face and online.
  • Ability to create engaging documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Problem-Solving:

  • Proficient in auditing and defining strategic data initiatives.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting and implementing solutions for complex analytics projects.

Additional Skills:

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage client expectations.
  • Initiative to identify and develop additional analysis and insights.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to client meetings and our London office.

Desirable Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with data tools like BigQuery, PowerBI, Excel, Tableau.
  • Google and Adobe Analytics certified
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channels.
  • Experience in web development analytics, CRO and user behaviour analysis.
