We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The primary function of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, specifically focusing on accounts payable and accounts receivable. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for invoicing and ensuring data is correct in the system.Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient data entry into the system
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Processing invoices and ensuring they are correct
• Maintaining accurate records in the system
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management
• Performing account reconciliation
• Utilizing Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks
• Ensuring all data is accurately entered and maintained in the Jonas system
• Assisting with billing procedures
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Applicant must be able to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and experience in account reconciliation is necessary.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Proficiency in billing processes is essential.
• Experience in invoice processing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Knowledge and experience in using Oracle is preferred.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a plus.
• Experience with SAP software is beneficial.
• No specific years of experience required, but previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
