As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Data Systems and Integration Analyst with a focus on IT System and Manufacturing systems supported by Industry 4.0.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Data Systems and Integration Analyst with a passion for data architecture, integration, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Visual Studio or other coding languages, and will be capable of setting up a new SQL database, integrating data systems, and building robust reporting tools on the databases they create. Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a strong advantage, as this role will involve integrating and optimizing Business Central data workflows. This position is critical in ensuring data consistency, accessibility, and actionable insights across various systems.Key Responsibilities:Database Setup & Management

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases from the ground up to support business needs.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient performance of databases.
• Perform regular audits, troubleshooting, and optimization of database environments.

Systems Integration

• Integrate data across different platforms, ensuring smooth data flow between Business Central, other enterprise systems, and the newly created databases.
• Develop and implement data transformation and migration strategies to streamline system interactions.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Build customized reporting tools and dashboards from SQL databases to provide actionable insights for various business units.
• Develop automated reporting solutions in Excel and other tools as needed.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, provide recommendations, and support decision-making processes.

Business Central implementation and Support

• Provide support in integrating and optimizing Microsoft Business Central workflows and data handling.
• Create custom reporting structures within Business Central and linked systems.
• Help users with errors as they come up.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Sales, Manufacturing, and IT to gather data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support users with training and troubleshooting on reporting tools and database functionality.

Required Qualifications:Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Strong experience with SQL database setup, management, and query writing.
• Proficient with Visual Studio for development and integration tasks.
• Experience in creating custom SQL reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to extract, manipulate, and transpose large data sets in a structured and formatted way

Experience

• Proven experience in setting up SQL databases from scratch.
• Demonstrable experience with systems integration, data migration, and reporting.
• Previous work in a similar role or IT environments that worked with large data sets
