Are you an adaptable self-motivated individual, who will be committed to delivering excellent support as part of our Quality and Educational Development team?

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and confident individual with proven administrative, interpersonal and organisational skills to join our team.  Quality and Educational Development (QED) is responsible for a wide range of activities related to the quality assurance and enhancement of courses and the student learning experience. Providing support for colleagues in the QED team and liaising with staff across the University and our partners is a key responsibility of the postholder.  

Alongside normal office functions, you will also be responsible for organising and taking notes and minutes of meetings, maintaining records and databases, researching and presenting information, maintaining aspects of our webpages, blogs and internal policy documents, as well as contributing to the development of processes and procedures. Training will be provided for financial and communications systems in place at the University. 

With previous experience in administration, ideally within higher education, you will be flexible, adaptable and proactive in your approach with good communication skills and attention to detail.  Experience of working with a variety of Microsoft software packages to produce high quality documentation is also required.

We are based in a busy friendly office in Worcester city centre, close to the train and bus stations.

From 1 August 2023, the salary range for this role will increase to £22,681 – £24,533, with the opportunity to progress to £25,285.
