This newly created role of Deputy Chief Operating Officer provides the opportunity to join a successful and ambitious Shelford Group trust in a senior operational leadership role. This role will support the Chief Operating Officer in coordinating trust-wide delivery of clinical and operational services, working alongside the Divisional leadership teams to ensure that safe, high quality patient focused services are delivered to time and to budget. The Deputy Chief Operating Officer will also oversee the Trust’s operational performance framework, co-ordinating teams as needed to achieve required standard and provide leadership, motivating and supporting staff to deliver the objectives of the Trust and the best possible patient experience and care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.We are seeking a senior leader who has a track record of delivering performance improvement, with evidence of excellent people management and managing change effectively.We value and promote diversity and are committed to equality of opportunity for all.
