Prospero Teaching is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and forward-thinking academy in North East London to recruit a dynamic Deputy Head of Sixth Form, who will also take on the role of Subject Lead for Business & Economics.This is a unique leadership opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated educator who is passionate about sixth form education and ready to shape the strategic direction of a thriving post-16 provision, while driving excellence in Business & Economics.The Role:
· Support the strategic and day-to-day leadership of a large, successful Sixth Form
· Lead the Business & Economics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and outcomes
· Deliver outstanding lessons and contribute to curriculum development
· Mentor and support colleagues within the sixth form and subject team
· Work closely with the senior leadership team to enhance academic performance and student experienceThe School Offers:

Expected salary

£195 – 290 per day
