You will work closely with the Dean of the
Faculty of Business, Computing and Digital Industries and the Head of School and will champion the operational leadership to deliver an excellent student experience, research, knowledge
exchange and continue to develop and grow the portfolio of the Business School.You will support the Head of the Business School in leading the team to ensure that targets are met for supporting franchised partners, regulation compliance, student recruitment, retention,
experience, and satisfaction. You will also encourage excellence in academic and operational performance of the School, ensuring the delivery of KPIs, in areas including portfolio development
and delivery, developing Research and Knowledge Exchange activity and quality assurance.As the Deputy Head of School, you will have leadership qualities and potential, demonstrable evidence of developing and motivating colleagues and will combine the role with a reduced
teaching load.
