They are a multi-award winning provider and provide a wide range of care for their residents & community.This CQC rated ‘Good’ Nursing Home provides person-centered care to those with Dementia, Mental Health Conditions, Physical disabilities and more; Currently supporting 55+ residents with the afore mentioned types of care.Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Support the Home Manager in daily operations, act in their absence, and lead the care team.
• Resident Care: Ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality care and oversee care plans.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Staff Management and Training: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff, and conduct performance reviews.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and seek continuous improvement through feedback.
• Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and respond to incidents.

Qualification/experience:

• A current, clear UK NMC pin.
• Experience within a Senior Position in a Nursing Home setting.
• NVQ Level 4 ideal.
• Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with NMC guidelines
• Undertake regular mandatory training
• As part of our onboarding check will we also need to see a copy of your Academic Qualification
