Introduction
The objective of the assignment is to design, develop, test and deploy a Critical Minerals Market Intelligence System that includes a Dashboard and Price Monitor to support transparent, timely and evidence-based decision-making in Ghana’s critical minerals sector. The system would be designed to ingest data provided by UNDP, designated institutions, or approved external sources.
Specifically, the firm will:
- Conduct a technical discovery process to define the functional, data, user and system requirements for the system.
- Design and develop a user-friendly dashboard for tracking selected critical minerals, price trends, market intelligence and key decision-support indicators.
- Build a secure backend for data upload, validation, management, reporting and user administration.
- Develop practical visualization, filtering, reporting and export functions to support policy, regulatory and market analysis.
- Test, deploy, document and hand over the system to UNDP and designated national counterparts.
