Design Specialist Customer Service – Customer & Technology

Job Purpose:

The Design Specialist is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging digital learning assets. This role focuses on developing high-quality graphics, multimedia content, and motion designs that support the digitization of learning programs, including Journey Mapping and Art of Selling. The Design Specialist ensures that all materials are optimized for various devices and platforms, contributing to impactful learner experiences.

Accountabilities (but not limited to):

Multimedia Asset Creation:

• Design graphics, videos, and motion graphics to support learning programs.
• Ensure all assets are optimized for different devices and platforms.

Content Modernization:

• Work on digitizing materials from programs like Art of Selling and Journey Mapping, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with modern learning standards.

Design Innovation:

• Develop innovative visual concepts that enhance the impact of digital learning programs.
• Research and implement new design trends and tools to improve quality and engagement.

Consistency and Quality Assurance:

• Review all designs for accuracy, usability, and alignment with branding and learning objectives.
• Conduct testing to ensure that designs function effectively across all platforms.

• Visual Creativity: Expertise in designing impactful graphics and multimedia content.
• Advanced Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics software, and video editing tools.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure design consistency and quality across all projects.
• User Experience Design: Focus on creating learner-centric and accessible visual designs.
• Collaboration: Skilled in working closely with content creators to integrate designs effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital design or multimedia content creation, preferably in a learning or training context.

Proficient in English and Arabic.

Use of Technology:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with tools for responsive design optimization and prototyping (e.g., Figma, Canva, or Sketch).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail and a focus on user-centered design.
• Strong project management and time-management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with content specialists and other stakeholders.
• Proven track record in creating visually appealing designs and multimedia assets for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of designing for mobile, web-based platforms, and LMS systems.
