Job Title: Design Technology TeacherLocation: Eastbourne, East SussexSalary: MPS/UPSPink Tile Education is delighted to partner with a large secondary school in Eastbourne, East Sussex, to recruit a talented Design Technology Teacher. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and vibrant school community, working within a dynamic Design Technology department.Responsibilities:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging Design Technology lessons across various aspects of the subject, including Resistant Materials, Graphics, and Product Design.
• Providing high-quality instruction that inspires students to develop their creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Design Technology curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Specialism in Design Technology or related field.
• Strong subject knowledge and expertise across different areas of Design Technology.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities through innovative teaching methods.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A full Enhanced DBS check.
