Development Officer

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Growth, the Growth Officer will help the group by pursuing restricted and unrestricted funding from a wide range of philanthropic sources, take part in fundraising drives, and making ready funding requests to philanthropic organizations, companies, and unbiased donors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist to develop, keep, and monitor fundraising aims and insurance policies for the group
• Analysis people, companies, and foundations which are considering reward giving
• Successfully convey the group’s mission, imaginative and prescient, and packages to potential donors.
• Strategize and efficiently execute fundraising campaigns
• Put together funding requests to philanthropic organizations beneath the supervision of the Vice President of Enterprise Growth, as wanted
• Help the President/CEO, Vice Presidents, board of administrators, and different stakeholders with public fundraising drives
• Help in organizing fundraising occasions and growing fundraising campaigns.
• Replace and keep donor database
• Collaborate with the senior administration to arrange annual fundraising budgets and projections
• Carry out different associated duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required
• Bachelor’s diploma
• Not less than 5 years of direct expertise fundraising for worldwide non-profit organizations
• Wonderful verbal and written communication abilities
• Wonderful analytical skills that may be utilized in aligning the organizations aims with obtainable fundraising alternatives
• Sturdy analysis abilities
