We have state of the art facilities across the US and UK and our capabilities span delivery formats, from ideation through commercialisation.ROLE SUMMARYDevice development and product testing within the Kindeva Device Developments Team as part of the development services organization supporting the development of Inhalation and Intradermal dosage forms. Provide technical support to projects. Participate in the development and scale-up activities ensuring best practice in line with business and customer schedules.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • CAD design and drafting
  • Test method development including validation.
  • Tolerance stack analysis, basic FEA.
  • Contract supplier management.
  • Design for manufacturing, medical device risk management
  • Use of 3D printing to aid device development and testing.
  • Designs, executes and interprets complex experimental studies.
  • Resolves complex problems by examining and evaluating data; selects corrective steps, following occasional consultation with more experienced staff.
  • Occasionally represents function in project meetings and customer meetings with support. Possesses working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Performs work under minimal supervision.
  • Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Provides technical coaching, and/or mentoring to junior staff.
  • May act as a technical lead or first-level supervisor.
  • Collaborates with industry or academic specialists to apply the results of research and develop new techniques.
  • Presents ongoing work and findings to customer and at conferences and summarizes the nature and methodology of the research. Experience and

QUALIFICATIONS

  • New PHD graduate.
  • MSc with 3 years’ experience.
  • BSc with 7 years plus experience.
  • 9 years’ experience without a BSc.
