Job description
Company DescriptionOur client is focused on the development and expansion of a case and care management application. The project involves Salesforce Health Cloud Platform. They provide a collaborative platform for healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
- Full-time contract position 480 days with possibility for extension.
- Mon-Fri schedule, 7.5 hours per day
- paid OT
- This is a fully in office position
Job Description
- Application release activities as assigned.
- Completion of all assigned maintenance, support and development activities (service requests, releases, incidents, problems, etc.).
- Resolution of incident and problem management tasks.
- Updating of team knowledge sites and documentation as applicable.
- Provide operations support as part of the team rotation. Compensation will be based on departmental rates for on call, after hours.
- Other duties as assigned, such as update team documentation as required, participate in team scrums as required, etc
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate Salesforce deployments.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of the Salesforce platform.
- Manage release pipelines and provide DevOps configuration and deployment services.
- Develop deployment plans and automation scripts for Salesforce environments.
- Implement release management processes and track changes across Salesforce environments.
- Configure Salesforce environments (sandbox, scratch orgs, production) using Copado.
- Manage version control repositories for Salesforce code and configuration files.
- Develop integration scripts and data migration tools for Salesforce and external systems.
- Implement security checks and compliance validations in deployment pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for Salesforce applications.
- Document DevOps processes, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science or similar disciplines, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 8 years of IM/IT experience with enterprise DevOps architecture/processes.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software/application release management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience in CI/CD pipeline management for Salesforce using Copado.
- Experience in infrastructure planning and coordinating cross-functional work teams.
- Knowledge of enterprise application configuration management and deployment best practices.
- Experience with release management tools (Copado, Azure DevOps) and development tools (VS Code, Force.com IDE, Salesforce CLI).
- Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile).
- Experience monitoring Salesforce environments for performance, security, and compliance.
- Proficient in documenting processes and configurations related to Salesforce DevOps.
