QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Should possess the flexibility to make impartial resolution when circumstances warrant such motion.

• Should possess the flexibility to deal tactfully with personnel, resident, relations, guests, authorities businesses/personnel, and most people.

• Information of aged, sick and/or disabled.

• Will need to have persistence, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, in addition to the willingness to deal with troublesome residents.

• Fundamental understanding of following step-by step procedures.

• Follows and understands written and oral instructions.

• Should not pose a direct risk to the well being or security of different people within the office.
