Within this role, you will be active in the development of the approach to change management including the culture and behaviour strategy plan in accordance with University strategy. The post holder will be responsible for delivering the change management activities of projects against the Change Methodology, ensuring staff and student buy in across the University. The role will operate at a tactical and operational level providing support in business readiness and transition of change.
