Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a digital project manager for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of digital projects.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Manage project progress and adapt work as required to ensure project success.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Report and escalate to management as needed.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in digital project management in a similar industry.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in Agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management software tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
