Key Responsibilities & Job Description

Leveraging your excellent project management and organizational skills, you will drive the development of strategic areas in our policy work on vertical sectors including health, finance, building and green tech, mobility, and defence.

As the Policy Coordination Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and effectiveness within our organization.

Your role is not just about managing the delivery of key activities; it’s about shaping the way we work, aligning our processes with our vision, and making a tangible impact on our growth.

You will engage senior executives and define the interaction with our Director-General, Senior Management, and senior government officials.

You will report to the Senior Director for Digital Transformation Policy.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing Core Organizational Processes: Take charge of essential internal processes, leading the approval of policy areas the team works on and ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our strategic goals;
  • Leading Strategic Projects: Manage key initiatives such as the development of Executive Level Policy Councils;
  • Policy Leadership: Play a pivotal role in leading a working group when necessary and have the versatility to step in, analyse, and lobby on specific files;
  • Data Management & Reporting: Transform data on member activity and engagement to deliver insights, keep business intelligence up to date, and generate reports that drive decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations or project management;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of various projects and responsibilities;
  • Technological proficiency in managing digital tools, spreadsheets, and databases;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English; basic French is a plus;
  • A degree or certification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred;
  • An understanding of the co-decision-making process and digital policies is preferred.
