Reference #JL-18443On behalf of our confidential client, we are currently recruiting an experienced Director, Digital Media and Performance Marketing with strong leadership skills to join and lead their team of dedicated professionals based throughout the Maritimes.Responsibilities:The Director, Digital Media and Performance Marketing will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing the overall digital marketing plan while also leading and mentoring the in-house digital marketing team The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strong ROI and KPIs across the organizations portfolio, support in identifying market research priorities, building benchmarks based on industry standards and trends, and drive testing and learning to achieve organizational goals to define a short term and long term digital media strategy.Requirements:As the ideal candidate, you are a strong marketing leader possessing:

• Eight plus years’ experience in a senior digital marketing role with leadership experience managing a marketing team.
• Over five years of expertise in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies.
• The successful candidate has experience transforming a traditional digital presence into a modern, cutting-edge consumer experience.
• Exceptional at working collaboratively with other stakeholders with clear and timely communication.
