Our B2B organization is defining the future of how we deliver outstanding customer experiences – reinventing how we win in our core business while also building transformational capabilities for the future.

We are looking for a Director of Go-to-Market and Customer success to join our Operations team as a trusted advisor to The Coca-Cola Company’s largest customers, ensuring their success with our B2B products.

This is a highly cross-functional and dynamic role, responsible for driving customer adoption, engagement, and growth.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customer teams, understanding customers’ unique needs and goals to ensure strategic alignment between their digital priorities and our product solutions
  • Lead the strategic planning process to define and align business objectives with actionable plans, ensuring sustained growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth
  • Lead change management & communication with business stakeholders to prepare customers for new processes, tools, and strategies through comprehensive communication and training plans.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the customer engagement, defining a success plan with clear outcomes and organizing communication across customer executives and internal business partners
  • Be the voice of the customer, gathering learnings and feedback for the product team to guide the product roadmap
  • Quantify short- and long-term success measures that articulate the value of myCoke related to customers’ business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales teams to onboard new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and immediate value realization
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and address customer needs to uncover growth opportunities and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Become a myCoke product champion with deep understanding of our services to develop tailored solutions for customers and scale best practices across our overall go-to-market strategy
  • Identify and develop new business models, market opportunities, and channels to extend myCoke’s market reach
  • Monitor customer health metrics and performance indicators, and develop targeted initiatives to drive continuous improvement

About You

  • Self-starter with ability to quickly respond to tough problems and proactively address complex and conflicting requirements to achieve creative solutions
  • Strategic thinker with skill in developing effective strategies and long-term plans to achieve business goals.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to dive into data, draw insights from analysis, and develop compelling, synthesized recommendations
  • Strong communicator with ability to effectively communicate and present complex ideas with confidence and clarity at all organizational levels
  • Experience designing and executing change management strategies for large, cross-functional programs.
  • Expert at cross-team collaboration with ability to effectively influence and facilitate decision-making at all levels
  • Comfortable working in fast-growing, dynamic and ambiguous environments

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer success, sales, or similar role
  • CPG or Foodservice experience a plus
  • Experience working with digital products and platforms (eCommerce, D2C, B2B) ideal but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Location – AOC, Atlanta, GA

Travel — approximately 10-20%

Pay Range:

$134,800 – $165,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
